Hunt was agonisingly short of her second successive gold medal in Porec, going down 10-9 in a shoot-off with Canada's Ashley Wallace in the women's compound final.
"Nicky shot really well, and it's a cruel way to lose out in a gold medal match," said British Archery performance manager Barry Eley.
"But it's been a good week for her, and she has every reason to be upbeat."
And Terry, last year's Grand Final silver medallist, ensured a successful competition for Great Britain's archers, collecting recurve bronze by thrashing France's Jean Charles Valladont 6-0 to take third place.
Gold went to the USA's Brady Ellison while his compatriot Vic Wunderle took silver.
Great Britain very nearly left with three medals but the trio of Terry, Larry Godfrey and Mark Nesbitt were pipped to team recurve bronze by China.
"All in all, it's an encouraging start to the World Cup season," added Eley. "It's great to win two medals, and Nicky and Simon both deserved that reward for their efforts this week."
The next World Cup event takes place in Antalya, Turkey in June while this year's Grand Final will be staged in Edinburgh in September.
