The pair will get top billing at the first British IAAF Diamond League meeting of the summer and will also race at the Aviva London Grand Prix in August.

Nicola Sanders, the silver medallist over 400m at the 2007 World Championships, will also race, along with two other global championship medallists, Novlene Williams-Mills and Shericka Williams, who won silver behind Ohuruogu in Beijing.

"Sanya and I will be pushing each other all the way which will hopefully mean a quick time," said Ohuruogu.

"We've enjoyed some great battles over the past few years; in Beijing and Berlin and I'm looking forward to yet another one.

"World class events like this give me and other British athletes the opportunity to compete against the best athletes in the world on home soil - brilliant practice for the London 2012 Olympics."
