Dukurs has been in formidable form this season and he romped home in a combined time of 1:46.14, posting the fastest time in both runs, to wrap up his fourth victory of the season.
Second was Germany's Frank Rommel, 0.25 seconds off the pace, to consolidate his overall silver medal with 1466, 228 behind Dukurs.
Russia's Alexander Tretiakov posted the second fastest second run but was forced to make do with bronze, 0.1 behind Rommel.
Despite his seventh-place finish in Igls, Germany's Sandro Stielicke still clung on to third place in the overall standings while Tomass Dukurs, Martins' older brother, was fourth.
Great Britain's Kristan Bromley finished his season with an eight-place finish in Igls, good enough to end the campaign in sixth place.
Bromley, the 2008 world champion, achieved his best finish of the season with silver in St Moritz last time out but will now turn his attentions to the Winter Olympics in Vancouver next month.
