Flyweight Yafai celebrated his 21st birthday in style with a convincing win over Germany's Ronny Beblik, while featherweight Weaver beat Ireland's Tyrone McCullagh, and Liverpool lightweight Stalker defeated Germany's Eugen Burhard.
Yafai's younger brother Gamal Yafai and Welshman Andrew Selby were both beaten in their semi-finals but still collect bronze, ensuring Great Britain's most successful European Championships in 49 years.
In 1961 Great Britain returned from Belgrade with two gold medals and three bronze while the last time Great Britain had three or more finalists was in Dublin in 1947, where the final tally was one gold, three silver and four bronze.
Yafai senior produced an excellent display to outclass Beblik, easing to a 5-0, win while Weaver was dominant against McCullagh, collecting a stylish 10-3 victory.
Selby was undone by Georgi Chigaev of Ukraine, going down 5-0, while Yafai junior narrowly lost out 3-2 to Russia's Eduard Abzalimov. However, Stalker continued his excellent form in the Russian capital to collect a 5-2 victory.
