The 15-year-old completed a hat-trick of wins in the kayak sprint at the London Docklands earlier this month.
The Richmond Canoe Club member was one of over 700 entrants from across 31 boroughs locking horns in four sports on the Royal Victoria dock.
But after proving he was the cream of the crop, the Orleans Park School pupil has now set his sights on a much bigger prize in the future.
"The main aim is to hopefully go to the Olympics - I think that's everyone's aim," said Henman, who took up the sport seven years ago.
"That would be a great experience but there is a long way to go yet.
"I was really pleased to get the gold. Winning three years in a row is a great achievement and I really enjoyed the event.
"I've got the Nottingham Sprint Regatta coming up in July - I'll be representing Richmond there and that's the big competition for me this year."
