Guo, the Olympic sprint bronze medallist, held off Germany's Miriam Welte and Hong Kong's Wai Sze Lee to claim the title, following her runners-up places in Manchester and Melbourne late last year.

New Zealand's Edward Dawkins beat France's Michael D'Almedia over two straight races to win the men's sprint title and Hong Kong's Ho Ting Kwok and Ki Ho Choi sprung away from their rivals to claim the men's Madison, with British youngsters Luke Rowe and Mark Christian back in fifth.

Australia's Ashlee Ankudinoff, Sarah Kent and Josephine Tomic secured the women's team pursuit, an event that will make its Olympic debut at London 2012, besting nearest rivals New Zealand by nearly a second.

Germany end the four-leg UCI World Cup Classics series top of the team standings, edging Australia into second by just 17 points.

Great Britain, who dominated the 2008 Olympic track cycling at Beijing's Laoshan velodrome, only sent a full-strength team to the first event of the series in Manchester, and finished fourth overall.
