BRITISH teenager Jack Laugher won a second gold as he completed a springboard double at the World Junior Diving Championships.

Laugher, the first junior world champion since 1999, added the three metre springboard title to his one metre springboard victory in Arizona.

The Harrogate diver went into the final ranked in first place with a lead of 30 points. He maintained that advantage throughout, scoring 483.60 points as Mexico's Andres Villarreal Tudon and China's Aisen Chen completed the podium.

In the women's ten metre platform, Megan Sylvester finished in eighth place with a total score of 376.70.
