The 22-year old cruised to victory on Monday and won with similar ease on Tuesday, leading from the front in a high-class final.
Holmlund had the better of defending World Cup champion Ophélie David in the quarter-final, semi-final and final on Monday but the pair only met in the final on Tuesday.
And while the French skier couldn't find a way past the in-form Swede, she did upgrade her bronze from the opener to silver in Italy while Switzerland's Sanna Luedi recorded her second ever World Cup podium finish with bronze.
In the men's event, Monday's champion also claimed a second victory as Switzerland's Michael Schmid scored his third World Cup win.
It was a Swiss-dominated final but Norway's former World bronze medallist Audun Groenvold had finished fourth on Monday and wasn't about to miss out again as he hung on to Schmid's coattails to finish second.
Conradign Netzer got the better of Swiss teammate Richard Spalinger to come third for the 29-year old's first ever World Cup medal.
