Unbeaten England were due to take on Korea in a pool B fixture but a downpour flooded the pitch and match officials finally declared the surface unplayable.

South Africa's match with Chile and Spain's game with hosts Argentina were also cancelled.

All matches will now be rescheduled on Friday with the International Hockey Federation rescheduling the timings of the pool A games.
