In a free-scoring 14 goal final against Surbiton, the young world player of the year, Jackson, scored twice in the first seven minutes as his side picked up where they left off in their 7-5 semi-final win over Reading.
Tim Pinnock netted a hat-trick for Surbiton - who beat Loughborough Students in their semi-final - as they briefly rallied but the result was never really in doubt.
Scott Ashdown also scored two for East Grinstead while Mark Pearn, David de Prez and Mike Holland added singles.
James Tindall, who is showing encouraging signs in his battle to prove his fitness ahead of the forthcoming World Cup in Delhi, and Michael Hoolihan netted Surbiton's remaining goals but they won't be flattered by the 9-5 scoreline.
"The semi final was tough test because we all know of Reading's quality and Surbiton's depth and talent was clear for everyone to see," said East Grinstead manager Matt Jones.
"It certainly wasn't a one sided game and we're delighted to have won."
Victory secures the club's return to the European indoor competition and Richard Organ is already looking ahead.
"Next year we want to make it three in a row," he said.
"We started well and were in control but allowed Surbiton back into the game. We reacted well and sealed it after attacking more."
Three goals from Harry Kempe helped Old Loughtonians beat Beeston 6-1 to win the boy's under 18 club final, while the under-16 title was won by Beckenham and Bromley.
Harry Sellars netted five times in their 7-3 win over Havant.
