The 26-year-old Olympic bronze medallist stormed to victory on home ice, posting the fastest times in both runs to earn her fourth victory of the season.
Hufner clocked a combined time of 1:35.324 minutes as German sliders occupied the top four positions in the competition.
Compatriots Natalie Geisenberger and Steffi Sieger were second and third with respective times of 1:35.550 and 1:35.867.
Anke Wischnewski completed Germany's dominance in fourth place while the USA's Erin Hamlin was the top non-German slider with her fifth-place finish.
Hufner's victory takes her to third on the all-time list of World Cup victories but she still has a way to go if she is to overtake compatriots Silke Otto and Silker Kraushaar who have 37 and 36 wins to their names respectively.
