The Frenchman, who won gold at the Vancouver Winter Olympics last month, confirmed his dominance after already securing the Crystal Globe last weekend in Lahti, Finland with a tenth place finish.
The 23-year-old finished second in the ski-jump section but claimed the 10km cross country skiing section by 14.5 seconds over Austrian Felix Gottwald and Magnus Moan from Norway, who finished second and third respectively.
Lamy-Chappuis finished on 1155 points while Gottwald was second overall on 879 points and Moan collected 747 over the season to come third.
All three athletes will be looking ahead to the Nordic World Championships which will take place on the same track in 12 months time.
The competition in Oslo had been under threat after athletes were angry with changing wind conditions at the large hill event in Vancouver and were considering boycotting the last event of the season.
Instead they unfurled a big banner after Saturday's team event telling the FIS to treat them with respect.
