The Norwegian recovered more than a minute to defeat the Frenchman on Saturday and pulled off a similar feat on Sunday, starting his cross country ski 56 seconds after Lamy-Chappuis following a jump score of 112.8.
But after hauling his way level, the 26-year old came out on top of the sprint finish to win in 24:10.8 minutes with a desolate Lamy-Chappuis a second behind.
Meanwhile, Austria's Mario Stecher recorded his best result of the season to finish third, 13.6 seconds behind Moan.
Lamy-Chappuis remains at the top of the World Cup rankings on 896 with Austria's Felix Gottwald his closest rival on 589 after finishing seventh in Chaux-Neuve.
But Moan's two victories propel him into third on 542 and with six races remaining, Lamy-Chappuis is far from home-and-dry.
The pair will lock horns again in Schonach, Germany on January 23.
