Kindred claimed his second title of the week, as he stormed to victory in the 100m medley in 1.14.67.
It was another day of domination for British swimmers, who claimed four golds, five silvers and two bronze medals.
"Breaking the 1:15 barrier has been an aim of mine for some time and I am chuffed to have done that in these conditions," said Kindred.
"I still have half the meet left but I have two gold medals under my belt and I think the competition is going to plan so far."
Eleanor Simmonds claimed her fourth gold of the week - and her third world record - in the 50m freestyle.
The 15-year old double Paralympic champion just edged out team-mate Natalie Jones to clock 36.68 seconds - although she claimed she could have gone faster.
"That race was ok for me," she said.
"I just wanted to get in there and race hard and it was great. I did want to go faster but it didn't happen."
However, Jones finally got the better of Simmonds in the 100m medley - as British swimmers claimed their second 1-2-3 of the championships.
Simmonds settled for silver while Liz Johnson claimed bronze.
"I am feeling pretty good right now," said Jones.
"I knew I had to work hard in that race and I just pushed myself.
"I know I am in good shape because I have worked really hard on my fitness throughout the year and I am so happy that it has paid off."
Elsewhere, Matthew Walker lowered the men's 50m freestyle record as touched for home in 27.28 secs.
