19:10: That rounds off the action here now - stay tuned for some more reactions and reports as ever (and maybe even another picture gallery).
Thanks for joining me during the week!
19:08:
For some reason he pushed in the last 50m but Daniel Fogg takes the win in 15:18.73 minutes.
Silver goes to Thomas Allen in 15:32.35 mins while 14-year old Matthew Johnson sets a personal best 15:36.11 mins in third.
19:08: They're hearing the bell - that must be music to their ears. Fogg has it in the back.
18:58: It's Daniel Fogg and Thomas Allen battling it out at the front at the moment.
18:54: We're on to the final men's race now - 1500m freestyle. Daniel Fogg is defending bronze medallist but in the absence of last year's gold and silver medallists David Davies and Richard Charlesworth, he's favourite for gold.
Fogg qualified fastest ahead of Swansea's Thomas Allen and Sheffield's Matthew Johnson.
18:51: Sportsbeat's Ben Endley tracked down Aimee Willmott after the 19-year old won her second silver of the week and here's what she had to say for herself.

"I am in the Commonwealths in the 200m and the 400m medleys now and that is what I came here to do so I'm happy. I'm so exhausted now though. It was a personal best so it was worth it." - Aimee Willmott.
18:47: Here's the women's England squad (as I see it) for the Commonwealth Games:
Rebecca Adlington, Jo Jackson, Sasha Matthews, Rebecca Turner, Fran Halsall, Amy Smith, Jess Sylvester, Katherine Wyld, Stacey Tadd, Lizzie Simmonds, Aimee Willmott, Achieng Ajulu-Bushell, Gemma Spofforth, Ellen Gandy, Keri-Anne Payne (14)
That is not the full squad though. Another seven will be added and Stephanie Proud has already made the qualifying time in three events so she'll no doubt be 15.
The other seven will be filled in later in the season.
18:44: Lets not take that as gospel until we receive confirmation though because, as I mentioned, there will be people pulling out of the Championships. In fact, we already know Gemma Spofforth won't doit.
And there are doubts over Jo Jackson as well with her recent asthma problems.
18:40: Well that is VERY good news for the runners-up in all the Olympic discipline's here because it means all runners-up go through!
The 19 women's nominations for the European Championships in Budapest in August:
Rebecca Adlington, Jazmin Carlin, Jo Jackson, Hannah Miley, Fran Halsall, Amy Smith, Lucy Ellis, Jess Sylvester, Stacey Tadd, Lizzie Simmonds, Achieng Ajulu-Bushell, Katherine Wyld, Caitlin McClatchey, Gemma Spofforth, Ellen Gandy, Aimee Willmott, Sasha Matthews, Kate Haywood, Jemma Lowe (19)
18:36:
Hannah Miley comes home for gold in the second fastest time in the world this season - 4:37.05 minutes
Great great race for bronze though. Aimee Willmott winning silver and Keri Anne Payne powers home for bronze.
All three make the Commonwealth qualification time though so I'd imagine all three will end up going!
18;35: Coming to the freestyle turn and Miley's got it in the bag. Aimee Willmott, Steph Proud and Keri-Anne Payne battling it out for silver and bronze though.
18:34: It's the women's 400m medley - such a good event - and it's started already. Hannah Miley is going for her fifth in a row and she's pulling away at the moment.
18:33:
Gold for Michael Jamieson - he hauls in Richard Webb to win gold.
Webb goes to Commonwealths as top English finisher.
18:16: This could be the most open race of the night. I'm not sure where the winner is going to come from in this 200m breaststroke final.
Scottish swimmer Michael Jamieson was the fastest qualifier this morning. He'll be troubled by the likes of Richard Webb, Robert Holderness and Kris Gilchrist.
18:15:
Eleni Papadopoulos wins it with Cashmore second and Hollis third.
18:14: Multi-disability 100m butterfly final next in Sheffield.
Just four competitors in this one - Sunderland teenager Eleni Papadopoulos was the fastest qualifier and goes in lane four.
Jo-Jo Cranfield, Claire Cashmore and Emma Hollis looking to deny her gold.
18:12: Gandy's time of 2:07.70 mins takes her into second in this season's quickest times in the world - just 0.04 secs behind Jessica Schipper - someone she'll know well from living in Australia.

"It's the most tactical race that I do. You can't go out too fast and you have to race your own race. But I did that there. I stuck to what I know and I'm really happy it worked out." - Ellen Gandy.
18:09:
Ellen Gandy does win it to guarantee her place at the Europeans and Commonwealths. She'd had two silvers and now has gold. Well done her.
Jemma Lowe faded at the end and finished 2:08.21 mins with Alys Thomas setting a personal best 2:11.54 mins for third.
18:09: Lowe is tiring here - Gandy has pulled in front.
18:08: Quite close but it's Lowe and Gandy at the front - the Welsh swimmer leading at the half way turn.
