Sparks and Help for Heroes are our charity causes
Sportsbeat's Josh Burrows and Matt Sherry are competing against each other in every Olympic sport between now and London 2012 - and they're doing it for charity.

BIG CHALLENGE: Unlikely Lads Josh Burrows and Matt Sherry with their fitness instructor at Esporta
By Matt Sherry, Sportsbeat
CHOOSING a charity has caused more debate between me and Burrows than any other decision. Finally though we have decided. We will be sponsoring two charities - as we couldn't agree on one.
Our first selection is Help for Heroes, which raises money to aid the rehabilitation of wounded serviceman.
Though our 26-event challenge already seems like hard work, it is incomparable to putting your life at risk for your country and your colleagues and it would be an honour to say we played even the smallest part in aiding the rehabilitation of our nation's heroes.
Our second selection is Sparks. The mnemonic stands for SPorts Aiding Research for KidS. They raise money through sporting events to help ensure every baby is born healthy, and remains healthy.
The charity suits our challenge - London won the right to host the Olympics after Seb Coe promised a games that would "inspire the youth of the world".
There are a number of fantastic causes out there, but we wanted to choose two which represent a wide variety of people.
Your donation strategy is up to you. You can choose whether to give to one or both charities, to support Burrows or myself or even to donate per event.

Donating is simple and uses either your debit/credit card or your paypal account. If you would prefer to request a donation form, email morethanthegames@sportsbeat.co.uk.
Any money you are willing to give, no matter how great or small, will be hugely appreciated - not only by me and Burrows - but more importantly, by the beneficiaries of these causes.
