The 21-year old, who won individual Commonwealth silver four years ago, impressed with her technical score in the solo free routine competition and scored 88.8125 to strike silver, two points behind Japan's Yumi Adachi.
Randall teamed up with Olivia Allison in the duet free routine competition and an increased difficulty in their routine saw the pair collect silver, an agonising 0.1 off gold.
Meanwhile, in the group competitions, Randall and the free combination team captured bronze for the second successive year, but the team free routine octet finished fourth.
And national performance director Biz Price admitted it had been an encouraging start to the season.
"We were on the podium in every event bar the team," said Price. "We finished only 0.1 behind France in the duet and they went on to win three gold medals throughout the competition.
"Jenna had a really good competition and it is the first time that Jenna and Olivia have been on the podium at an international.
"We did have some major mistakes in the free team prelim but the team made a good recovery in the final and gave a good performance."
