Great Britain fall just short of European Championship final
GREAT BRITAIN'S men were outclassed by Turkey in the semi-finals of the LEN European B Water Polo Championships in Lugano.

After progressing through the group stages with four wins from five, they were were confident of victory but found themselves outclassed from the start.
Alex Parsonage, who had enjoyed a successful tournament, saw his game ended after three exclusions - a dismissal that robbed Britain of their attacking threat.
Turkey continued to increase their lead, winning the third quarter by six goals to one, and the final 15-6 scoreline was just as convincing.
"They didn't play a great match but a lot of decisions went against them," said assistant manager Joanna Wray.
"We're all so gutted, but we've got to pick ourselves up and focus on tomorrow and hopefully we'll come away with a medal."
Great Britain will now play the Netherlands for bronze while France taken on Turkey for gold.
