IT'S said that when you look good, you feel good. Now Stella McCartney hopes to change the phrase to when you look good, you win gold.
McCartney’s appointment by Adidas as the creative director for the British Olympic Association - responsible for team kit, village wear and podium outfits - has been hailed by Olympic cycling champion Victoria Pendleton and world diving gold medallist Tom Daley.
“It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity to be appointed creative director for Team GB,” said McCartney.
“As a fashion designer you don’t expect to work with athletes at the Olympic Games.”
