Frederiksen, who won four medals, including one gold, at last year's Paralympics in Beijing, lowered the world 400m freestyle mark earlier in the week and swam 1:15.10 to secure another world best in the S8 category.
In addition the 23-year old produced a British record swim in the 50m freestyle heats just one hour later.

"I'm delighted with how I swam, to break my own world record is fantastic," she said.
"I didn't mean to swim quite as quick as I did, I was hoping to leave something in the tank, but when the opportunity is there you've go to take it.
"Getting the British record in the 50m freestyle in the same day is brilliant as well. I'm really pleased with my days work and hopefully I can keep going and improving."
