Medley specialist Miley is racing across all disciplines this week and has already won 200m medley title and silvers in the 200m freestyle and breaststroke.

She clocked 2.13.75 to take the gold, although the time was just outside the qualification for October's Commonwealth Games in Delhi.

"I'm relieved to have won that. The 200m backstroke is the one event I have been struggling to improve on and it's still about a second out from the time I did last year.

"I'm a little bit gutted I was just outside the qualification time but I'm pleased with the way it went because it was a solid swim and I felt it was a controlled swim.

"Overall I can't complain because it's been a tough week. My backstroke has started to click again and I was happy with the way it felt and hopefully I can make it faster in the future.

"I've got the 200 butterfly and the 400 medley to come and it will be interesting to see how fast I can go at the end of a hard week."

Elsewhere, Andrew Mayor - who missed the last Commonwealth Games by a fraction of a second - picked up his second title, and third medal, of the week when he won the 200m butterfly.

"I didn't have the best of seasons last year; I struggled through," he said.

"To see the goals that I set six or eight years ago coming through, it's such a great feeling. I've had a great week."
